瑞益成企業不僅提供一般常用的金屬材質，例如在 ASME 標準下的 CF8M, WCB, CF8, CF3M；在 DIN 標準下的 1.4408, 1.4308, 1.0619 或是在 JIS 標準下的 SCS14, SCS13, SCS16，同時也在不同的需求下製造特殊的合金產品。
自2006 年始，與金屬中心(MIRDC, Metal Industries Research & Development Centre) 合作研各式特殊合金，以期在鑄 造技術上進一步提升。
無論是二通球閥，三通球閥，多通球閥, 法蘭球閥，或高壓球閥，凡是瑞益成所提供的產品，皆能提供特殊 合金材料配合客戶獨特的需求。目前供應的特殊合金材料如下，Hastelloy C (哈氏合金), Monel (蒙氏合金), Alloy 20, Duplex A890 Gr.4A (2205 Duplex, A182-F51), Super Duplex (A890 Gr.5A & 6A) 適用於海水淡化設備或礦業配管。若是製藥業則需使用 CX2MW (Hastelloy C-22) 材質。
根據不同的圖面及需求，本公司能提供給您在脫臘鑄件方面所需要的特殊材質，以配合客戶在不同流體與環 境下的需求。
客戶對於特殊材質的產品，通常會要求進行某些方面的測試。在這 方面會偕同第三方(Third parties)的幫忙，針對特殊產品進行必要的認證測試，以此確保特殊合金在各方面都能符合標準。底下是這些測試可能包含的項目：
1) Corrossion Testing(腐蝕測試)：(ASTM G48)在4*4cm到10*10cm的測試範圍內測試72小時(或24小時，依照需求)。
2) Micrographic Examination(顯微照相測試)：在每個測試範圍內提供100倍到50倍照片。
3) PMI (材質測定), 陸功工業以最先進之光譜分析設備，分析每一爐鑄件之正確成份，以確保每一精密鑄件皆能符合客戶之需求。

HC-22 合金球閥(Hastelloy C-22) |
Hastelloy C-22 is very similar to Hastelloy C-276, some called New Hastelloy C. The casting grade of Hastelloy C-22 is CX2MW. This material was popular in pharmaceutical industries and in chemical processing, pollution control, waste water, etc. Hastelloy C-22 is better than C-276 when used in saturated wet Chlorine condition. |

鈦合金球閥(Titanium) |
Titanium (ASTM Grade 2) is light, and with excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing to mildly reducing environment, including Chlorides. Ti has good impact properties at low temperature, it can be used at both cold and hot works. |
